Happy Monday! It was really cold here this weekend, and we are getting hit with another couple of inches of snow today. That is the perfect setting for soup. We had soup on Saturday and Sunday night and will be having the leftovers for lunch and dinner tonight! Here is the run-down of the soup and everything else we ate this weekend.
Saturday
Breakfast: Honey Lattes made from our Bialetti, Poached Eggs on Rye Toast (so good!)
Lunch: Berry Smoothie, Crackers with Almond Butter
Dinner: White Chicken Chili (recipe coming soon), Brownie Ice Cream Pie (Brownie Crust, Chocolate Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Strawberries)
Sunday
Breakfast: Cinnamon Harvest Kashi with Berries, Coffee
Lunch: Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich, 1/2 Banana, Chobani
Dinner: Bear Creek Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Turkey and Bacon Club Sandwich (Inspired by Jimmy John’s #16 – Club Lulu)

You can make them super cheap! Pick up of JJ bread for $0.50. Then it’s just mayo, oven roasted turkey, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
