Ingredients for tea time fruit cake:
The amount of ingredients below is recommended for 5 people. Besides, you can adjust them to be most suitable to your taste.
– 100 grams all purpose flour
– 100 grams powdered sugar
– 100 grams butter
– 100 grams eggs
– ½ teaspoons of vanilla essence
– 1 pinch baking powder
– 100 grams tutty fruity or dry fruit
– ¼ teaspoons of caraway seeds
– 1 pinch of ginger powder
– 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
How to cook it?
After have all the necessary ingredients above, let’s start to cook the tea time fruit cake with your amazing air fryer.
Step 1: Firstly, please preheat your air fryer up to 180 degrees C in 3 minutes.
While this step, you need to grease a round cake tin lightly and then line a double layer of baking parchment around it.
Step 2: Now you need to add butter in a mixing bowl and cream it using a hand blender. Right when the butter is soft, you need to add powdered sugar little by little and blend all of them until they are light and fluffy.
Step 3: In this step, a little vanilla essence to the egg mixture and then you should whisk this together.
Step 4: Please add flour, caraway seeds, tutty fruity, ginger powder, baking powder, and cinnamon powder into a new bowl and mix all of them together.
Step 5: Now, please sift 2 mixtures and slowly fold them together.
Step 6: Now, you can put the above mixture into the prepared cake tin.
Step 7: Open your air fryer and place the tins inside and bake them at 180 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
Step 8: Now the cakes are good. You just need to remove the tray, cover it with a skewer and cool them.
Step 9: It’s the last step here. You just need to uncover the lining sheet, use some powdered sugar over the cake and enjoy them.
