Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Breast:
- 1 pound of chicken breasts
- Half of a medium onion
- Two potatoes
- Black pepper
- Onion and garlic pounder
- Your favorite seasoning
How to cook it?
Step 1: Onion and potatoes preparation.
Firstly, cut onion into small pieces, and potatoes into slices; then, place them in a big bowl with a little bit of oil.
Next, put salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders and your favorite seasonings in. Oil will make all the seasonings stick in potatoes.
Then, lightly toss them. This will make all the seasonings mixed up and incorporated. Finally, place all potatoes and onions on the pan in the bottom of the air fryer.
Step 2: Chicken preparation.
Season the chicken the same way in step 1 without the oil. Based on your preference, you can make your own decision on seasoning the chicken. Just don’t forget to season both sides of chicken, and rub it a little bit, so all the seasonings will stick in.
Then, put them on the rack (no oil), and place the whole on top of the pan in the air fryer.
Step 3: Air fryer
In this simple step, you just need to get the air fryer covered and plug it in. Then, set the temperature to 350, time to 35 minutes.
What you will get is a very juicy chicken with potatoes and onions. This is because the food is cooked equally from all sides. And, because the air fryer uses a lot less of oil, so the chicken will be much more healthier than normal fried chicken.
