For the last two years, we have subscribed to Everyday with Rachael Ray magazine.

We love the magazine because it’s very practical and we have been inspired to make or adapt countless great recipes from it.  The recipes usually take 30 minutes or less and contain ingredients that you can actually find at the grocery store! One of our favorites is Cheesesteak Kebabs.

This meal is a sure fire winner and it’s so fun to eat!!! We love making each bite exciting by pairing steak with pepper…then steak and bread…bread and pepper…each time dunking in the homemade cheese sauce. Love every single bite!! Seriously, steak and cheese sauce? Come on!

The other day, we received a renewal letter for our subscription and noticed this…

    Umm, yes please! I’d love that. And BTW: I got this month’s installment of FN Magazine yesterday, have you read it yet? If so, did you see the BLT pasta??? That’s next on my recipe list- though, if you get to it first I’d love a post regarding your approval rating!

      We did see that and pasta looks so good! That issue had sooo many recipes that we wanted to try. And did you notice the 50 States/50 Pizzas article? The featured pizza for Iowa was Fong’s in Des Moines…one of our favorite places to eat.

    Dear 1cupAWESOME…your website has become one of my favorites in the past few months, thanks to Iowa Girl Eats, that’s how I found you! Trying new combination’s of food has been so much fun recently, especially with the wonderful fresh produce and herbs from my garden.
